As the global COVID-19 pandemic continues, please be assured the health, safety, and well-being of our residents and staff is and always has been our number one priority. Under the guidance of the State of Ohio and Ohio Department of Health, beginning on July 20, 2020, we are allowing outside contactless visitations.
Visitations can be scheduled for Monday through Sunday, 9;00 am - 6:30 pm, by contacting Hospitality at 937-399-1216, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. All visits must be scheduled 24 hours in advance and a maximum of three visitors will be allowed with a resident at one time. Virtual (online) visits can be scheduled anytime.
All visitors will be required to wear a mask, utilize hand sanitizer before and after the visit, maintain six feet away from the resident and have their temperatures checked prior to visiting with the resident. Please visit our Facebook page for a complete explanation of our visitation policy.
